Rescue Polar Bears: Data & Temperature 1-4 Player Coop Game

Created by Seth Hiatt

The consumption of fossil fuel and releasing of greenhouse gases yield the global warming. Around the north pole, the last icebergs are melting and the polar bears are facing the risk of being extinct. The players form a scientific organization. They try to collect data about climate change to persuade the governments to change their energy policy. At the same time, they also need to prevent polar bears from sinking into the freezing water.

Rescue Polar Bears Post GenCon Update!
over 5 years ago – Thu, Aug 09, 2018 at 09:56:08 PM

Hey everyone! I hope those of you who made it to GenCon were able to stop by our booth and see Rescue Polar Bears in person! The game components turned out looking really great, especially the resin polar bears! We couldn't be happier with it!

Everyone who demoed the game really seemed to enjoy it! Even though the game can be difficult to win, gamers of all ages really had a good time sitting down and giving it a go!

The Rescue Polar Bears demo table was full all week!

Bower's Game Corner stopped by and did an interview with our Envoy Herald, John, who was demoing the game for us! Check it out!

almost 6 years ago – Thu, Jul 26, 2018 at 01:57:34 AM

Production on Rescue Polar Bears is finished!! It will be in our warehouse for us to begin fulfillment in September!

The factory sent us pictures of the Polar Bear Meeples and the Fire & Ice Dice and we think they look fantastic!

Aren't the bears adorable?

Come see Rescue Polar Bears at GenCon booth #2101

Since production was completed, we decided to have a few copies of the game air-mailed to us at GenCon. We will have less than 20 copies of Rescue Polar Bears to demo at the booth, and to give to reviewers. So if you'll be at Gencon, feel free to stop by and take a look at the components in person!! At the end of the show, we may sell a few of the open copies to get the word out about how awesome the game is!

Production well underway!!
almost 6 years ago – Thu, Jul 19, 2018 at 12:40:25 AM

Our communication wasn't great up through June, but we promised that we will keep you up to date from now on...and we will stick to that. Here is the first, of many updates we will give you, right up until the day Rescue Polar Bears arrives at your door.

As you all know, there was a problem with the Fire Dice and, as such, that has set production back on the game and delivery. We are working to get the dice issue fixed. However, the production on the rest of the game components is well underway and we got some video and photos from the factory!! We wanted to share the pictures with you all because we were very excited to see Rescue Polar Bears coming together and we knew you would be too!

We do not have an updated shipping estimate. We are working closely with the factory to get a more solid idea of when ALL the game components will be finished and the game will be completely assembled. Once everything is assembled, the game then have to make its way from China to our warehouse. However, we anticipate the production of the game to be finished VERY soon and then it will be on it's way to us!

We will be sure to keep you all in the loop! Until next time...have a BEARY great day!

Quick Update
almost 6 years ago – Mon, Jul 09, 2018 at 07:58:11 PM

Hi Everyone!

Jondi here! We are so sorry that we haven't posted more frequent updates. We've had a lot going on with pretty much back to back conventions and a few other projects, on top of this one, we have been working on, but I assure you that we have been working very hard to get this one to you as well.

We have run into some issues, as you can tell. Seth is going to get a full update written and sent out to you early this week to let you guys know everything that is going on and give you all a full idea of when to expect Rescue Polar Bears at your door.

Again, I apologize that you haven't been updated sooner.
